Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Microbix Aether OS, the Aether CLI, or related APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, you must not use Aether OS to generate, promote, or execute:

• Malicious code, exploits, or unapproved vulnerability probes.
• Illicit, abusive, or harmful material (including CSAM or exploitative media).
• Automated spam or unauthorized API resource exhaustion.

Violations will trigger automated safety perimeter locks and immediate account suspension.

3. mX Tokens & Billing

Compute resources on Microbix Aether are measured in mX tokens. Quotas refresh based on your active plan tier (Free, Pro, or Ultra). Unused tokens do not roll over across reset periods unless explicitly stated in your plan terms.

4. AI Model Training, Telemetry & User Opt-Out

To enhance the accuracy, safety, and coding intelligence of Microbix services, we may use conversational interactions, code snippets, and model outputs to evaluate and train future foundational models (including Aether OS, Aether Code CLI, and Aether IDE).

Your Data Rights & Instant Opt-Out: You maintain full control over your data. You may opt out of model training at any time directly in your Workspace Privacy Settings or via the Aether CLI (`aether config set training_opt_in false`). Once opted out, all logging of prompts and responses for model training is immediately and permanently disabled at our gateway.

5. Disclaimer of AI Output

Aether OS provides artificial intelligence code recommendations and reasoning outputs. While built for high technical accuracy, code should be tested and validated prior to production deployment. Microbix Labs is not liable for software bugs, deployment downtime, or system misconfigurations.

6. Termination & Service Modifications

Microbix Labs reserves the right to modify services or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
